All Matches

Rules that apply to all matches.

  1. Standard FIVB Indoor rules apply except as listed in the relevant pool rules.
  2. No time-outs.
  3. League points: 1 point for a win and 0 points for a loss.
  4. If league points end in a tie, a coefficient based on Sets For and Sets Against ratio will be used.
  5. If the sets coefficient ends in a tie, a coefficient based on Points For and Points Against ratio will be used.
  6. If the points coefficient ends in a tie, the team with higher Points For wins.
  7. If all of this still results in a tie, a coin toss will decide the winner.

Pools of 5 - Mixed

Additional rules for five-team Mixed pools.

  1. All matches are best of 3 sets.
  2. First two sets: play to 21 points, capped at 23.
  3. Third set: first to 11 points. No win-by-two.
  4. Teams in Mixed divisions must have at least THREE women on court at all times.

Pools of 5 - Men

Additional rules for five-team Men's pools.

  1. All matches are best of 3 sets.
  2. First two sets: play to 25 points, capped at 27.
  3. Third set: play to 15 points, capped at 17.

Pools of 4

Additional rules for four-team pools.

  1. All matches are best of 3 sets.
  2. First two sets: play to 25 points, win by 2 points.
  3. Third set: play to 15 points, capped at 19.
  4. Teams in Mixed divisions must have at least THREE women on court at all times.
